Thomas Dakin

Thomas Dakin was the forefather of quality English gin. In 1761, at the outset of the Industrial Revolution, Thomas Dakin started distilling gin in the North of England, at the age of 25. Thomas Dakin Gin is a classic style, single London Dry Gin handcrafted in small batches using the finest botanicals, and inspired by Thomas Dakin, the forefather of quality English gin. The botanicals include juniper, orange peel, grapefruit, English coriander and, uniquely, the root botanical, red cole (the 18th century name for horseradish).
