- 45 ml Patron Silver
- Simple syrup
- 30 ml Fresh lime juice
- Sparkling water
- Sprigs fresh mint
- Lime wedge for garnish
- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle two sprigs of mint with simple syrup.
- Add spirits and lime juice.
- Shake vigorously with ice to chill.
- Strain onto fresh ice in a collins or highball glass.
- Top with sparkling water and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and the remaining sprig of mint.
